How to play each role: gold lane, jungler, EXP lane, mid lane, and roamer
Every player on the team has a different job. This category walks through all five of them.
The gold lane farms gold and becomes the main damage source late. The jungler takes the buffs in the jungle and moves between lanes to help. The EXP lane holds the top lane alone and usually starts the fight. The mid lane levels fastest and can rotate anywhere. The roamer has nowhere to farm gold at all, so the job is protecting teammates.
Each guide explains the job before it names any hero, so you can judge which role suits how you actually play rather than following whoever is popular this week.
